Our Service Center is the heartbeat of our facility. The repair center consists of 1,400 square feet of indoor space and doubles as our parts department as well. Each one of our team members have over 2 decades of experience, owner Michael not only oversees everyone but leads the service & repair department and holds many certifications from every small engine manufacturer there is. 

At this time we service & repair 95% of equipment brands manufactured today (- unlike other big time shops who only service what they sell) we are an MTD Products Authorized Servicing Dealer,  along with being an Authorized Dealer for Honda Engines, Briggs & Stratton Engines, Kohler Engines & Kawasaki Engines & Techtronics Industries, Ryobi/Homelite. 

Our shop gets busy! Especially during peak times from March to September, we categorize our repairs by service work, minor repair, warranty repair & major repair. 

ALL SERVICE/REPAIR ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED AT TIME OF DROP OFF. 

LABOR RATES 

Standard $75/hour 

Emergency Labor** $100/hr 

Concrete Saws  $110/hr 

Shop Supply Fee $10.00

*We Charge Accordingly - no minimum's if a repair takes only 1/2 hour you will be charged for only 1/2 hour labor (Example at $75/hr for 1/2 hour is $37.50)*

If a Fuel Related Issue/Repair is Found, ALL gas will be automatically drained, we use to charge a surcharge for fuel, but we no longer do, there is only sufficient fuel in equipment for testing purposes.   

Diagnosis is of no charge IF repairs are wanted - IF repairs are NOT wanted and you want your equipment back there will then be a $20 charge at time of pick up, Equipment WILL NOT be reassembled. (Reassembly is available at our hourly labor rate)

Chain Sharpening (done by hand) $10 off saw   $12 on saw

Mower Blade Sharpening $5/blade Off  $8/blade On.

We DO Perform Welding Services!! Ask us!! 

We WILL NOT Accept ANY Equipment who's serial number is illegible or scratched off, all serial numbers are checked for warranty, original proof of purchase and against a national theft database,if a unit comes in that is stolen we will contact the Kershaw County Sheriff's Department and they will handle it from there.

**Emergency Labor is not always guaranteed, it is typically only offered for commercial landscapers but can be offered to anyone, Emergency Labor can only be provided on equipment where repair time takes no more than 24 hours but that is NOT a guarantee, factors can include parts availability and if the issue is warranty or not.
